Tara Turkington

I’m an entrepreneur and writer with a passion for travel, photography and wildlife. I’ve been lucky enough to travel widely through Africa and have stories galore – from being grabbed by a gorilla in Uganda (he was gently putting me in my place) to rafting rapids in Zimbabwe; from surfing down sand dunes in the world’s oldest desert, in Namibia, to seeing elephants swimming at sunset on the Chobe River in Botswana; from breakfasting on the Serengeti savannah to diving off a Zanzibari island among devil firefish. I’ve loved each moment on the world’s most wonderful continent. And I still have much more to see!
